Revenue-Based Renewal

We believe in supporting your journey to success. That's why we offer our Revenue-Based Renewal policy, ensuring that if your applications built with our SaaS DevKit aren't generating sufficient revenue, your license renewal for the following year is on us.

How It Works

  • Eligibility: This policy applies to all active licenses of our SaaS Development Kit.
  • Definition of Insufficient Revenue: For the purpose of this policy, "insufficient revenue" means that your applications developed using our DevKit have not generated more than the cost of your license within the 12-month period of your active license.
  • Renewal Process:
    • Approximately 30 days before your license renewal date, if your application hasn't generated revenue exceeding your license price, you need to notify us.
    • Send an email to the CodeBlock DevKit founder at [email protected] before your license expires. In your email, please state that your application has not generated revenue greater than your license cost. We may request reasonable proof, such as a screenshot from your payment gateway dashboard showing transactions or a statement confirming revenue figures.
    • Upon verification, your license will be automatically extended for another year at no cost.
  • What if I Start Earning Revenue During My Free Period? If your applications begin to generate revenue during your free renewal period, you absolutely do not have to pay us back for that free year. Consider it our gift to help you get started. You'll simply pay for your next renewal when it's due.
